We seized the opportunity to purchase this prime freehold site, previously occupied by a long-demolished pub, despite the absence of planning permission. After strategic planning, we successfully secured consent for 13 homes at the Bedford Arms site.

We then sold the site on to Martin Grant Homes, further enhancing Shillington’s residential offering. This project showcases how non-residential land can be transformed into vibrant housing communities, while still preserving essential local character.
