Colney Heath, nr St Albans, Hertfordshire

In a strategic partnership with the landowner, we secured a Promotion Agreement based on the grounds of a five-year housing land supply for St Albans and Welwyn Garden City.

After an initial planning refusal, we lodged an appeal and successfully gained planning permission for 100 homes, including 10 self-build plots and 45 affordable homes.

We later sold the site to Taylor Wimpey, furthering our track record of overcoming challenges to ensure the delivery of high-quality housing developments.
