Raunds, Northamptonshire

In September 2022, we entered into a landowner agreement to promote land extending to 4.53 acres in Raunds, Northamptonshire. The site adjoins an existing development currently being built out by Bowbridge Homes and Snowdon Homes.

We are promoting the land through the North Northamptonshire local plan for development. We look forward to working with key stakeholders to promote the site through the local plan process, delivering new homes that will contribute to the area’s housing needs.

We assembled this site by securing option agreements covering six freehold properties, paving the way for an ambitious development plan.The project comprises 103 homes and a 64-bed care home, both of which received a resolution to grant planning permission in May 2024.

High Street, Arlesey (22 homes), Central Bedfordshire

We secured planning permission for 22 affordable homes in Arlesey. This includes new vehicle and pedestrian access, public open space and public works as a key component of the wider Arlesey Cross development.
