Step-by-step, this is what we do:

Assessment

This is where we literally ‘walk the walk’, visiting your site to evaluate the potential of your land. We’ll produce a detailed report, explaining your options and recommending the best way forward.

2.

Agreement

At this stage, both parties agree on the next steps. We will provide you with a detailed planning strategy setting out how we will bring the site forward through the local plan process or via a speculative planning application, ensuring absolute clarity on the process and our actions. Together, we’ll also agree on the Heads of Terms, allocation of proceeds along with what fees we will cover.

Arrangements (Planning)

Securing planning permission for your land is a critical but often complex step. We ensure you, as the landowner, are fully informed at every stage, providing regular updates throughout the process until permission is successfully granted.

Advertising and sale

Teaming up with agents, we produce a marketing strategy and put your site up for sale, securing the best price and the best future for your land.
