With more than 20 years working for PLC’s and privately owned housebuilders, Tom is well versed in strategic land and development.

Tom is an expert in landowner agreements and community-focused developments; together with navigating complex planning landscapes to create vibrant, mixed-tenure communities.

Off-duty, Tom enjoys shooting, golf, skiing, cricket and time with his family.

Sean has been working in the industry for over 40 years in various consultancy roles.

Sean brings a wealth of experience and his passion and knowledge for land and property is evident across the industry.

Outside of work, Sean has a passion for horse racing, skiing and travelling and spending time with his partner, children and grandchildren.

As a Land & Planning Assistant, Sean is keen to develop his skills and knowledge in the strategic land industry, working closely with Tom and Dan to gain valuable experience and contribute to the company’s success. Sean is motivated to build a long-term career in the sector, with a strong commitment to learning and professional growth.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys skiing, football and the gym, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
