With more than 20 years working for PLC’s and privately owned housebuilders, Tom is well versed in strategic land and development.
Tom is an expert in landowner agreements and community-focused developments; together with navigating complex planning landscapes to create vibrant, mixed-tenure communities.
Off-duty, Tom enjoys shooting, golf, skiing, cricket and time with his family.

Starry Sea Consultancy is a team of consultants for Colecar Strategic Land. Sean, a Director of SSC has been working in the industry for over 40 years in various consultancy roles.
Sean brings a wealth of experience and his passion and knowledge for land and property is evident across the industry.
Outside of work, Sean has a passion for horse racing, skiing and travelling and spending time with his partner, children and grandchildren.

An RTPI member since 2010, Jenny manages Colecar’s planning applications from acquisition to permission. Her expertise spans residential and commercial projects across London and the South East.
Jenny balances work with family fun, dog walks, dancing, and fitness.

Dan has more than 10 years experience working in the house building sector, working for both affordable housing providers and PLC housebuilders.
Originally from an agricultural background, Dan previously worked in the agricultural industry before jumping into the world of property and has a unique understanding of the pressures facing landowners.
Away from work, Dan enjoys shooting, rugby, skiing and spending time with his family.

Originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, Mark trained with Price Waterhouse where he was a manager in their Business Services Division.
Mark has over 30 years experience as a partner at Bruton Charles Chartered Accountants, and is now based in Henley -on-Thames. Mark deals with a varied and interesting client base and particularly enjoys working with those in the property sector.
In Mark’s spare time he enjoys many sports, especially playing golf with his family, as well as walking his dog in the Oxfordshire countryside.

As a Land & Planning Assistant, Sean is keen to develop his skills and knowledge in the strategic land industry, working closely with Tom and Dan to gain valuable experience and contribute to the company’s success. Sean is motivated to build a long-term career in the sector, with a strong commitment to learning and professional growth.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys skiing, football and the gym, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Having over 30 years administrative experience, Tessa utilises her organisational skills and calm manner to assist the team.
When not working, Tessa enjoys walking, swimming, and socialising with family and friends.
