We assembled this site by securing option agreements covering six freehold properties which paved for the way for the development of 103 homes. Planning permission was granted in April 2025 and the site has now been sold to Tilia. This project demonstrates our ability to navigate complex land assemblies and deliver significant residential developments, much needed by the local community.
