Colecar Strategic Land is pleased to announce the submission of an outline planning application for Land South of High Street (A428), Lavendon, Buckinghamshire (reference: PLN/2026/0681).
The application seeks permission for a thoughtfully designed residential development of up to 140 homes (Use Class C3), alongside a multi-purpose community hall and healthcare facility (Use Class F2). The proposals also include associated infrastructure, access from the A428 High Street, and supporting parking provision.
A strong emphasis has been placed on creating a high-quality, sustainable place to live. The scheme incorporates an extensive network of green and blue infrastructure, including a village green, public open spaces, children’s play areas, and new walking and cycling routes. In addition, landscape and biodiversity enhancements are proposed throughout the site, alongside sustainable urban drainage systems such as attenuation basins.
Importantly, the proposals have been shaped through ongoing engagement with the local community and stakeholders. Feedback received during earlier consultation has played a key role in refining the scheme to better reflect local priorities and aspirations.
Jenny Ellender, Planning Director at Colecar Strategic Land, said:
“We are pleased to have reached this milestone and to submit proposals that have been genuinely shaped by local feedback. From the outset, our aim has been to create a well-integrated, sustainable development that not only delivers much-needed homes, but also provides meaningful community benefits through new facilities and high-quality green spaces. We look forward to continuing to engage with the Parish Council and wider community as the application progresses.”
The application is now available to view on Milton Keynes City Council’s planning portal, where members of the public and stakeholders are invited to review the proposals and submit their comments.
Colecar Strategic Land looks forward to continuing to work collaboratively with the local community and stakeholders as the application progresses through the planning process.
