We acquired this prime site, spanning 57 acres just two miles south of Lincoln, unconditionally, in February 2024. The land is now allocated for the development of 640 homes, representing a significant addition to Lincoln’s available housing stock.

Our strategic acquisition and planning expertise have enabled the project to advance, offering a blend of market-priced and affordable housing that will contribute to Lincolnshire’s long-term sustainability and growth.
