After acquiring this 12-acre site freehold, without initial planning permission, we quickly secured consent for the development of 146 homes as part of the Arlesey Cross project. The site now includes 32 affordable rentals and 12 shared ownership properties.
Once the necessary consents were in place, we successfully sold the site to CALA Homes, contributing further to the region’s residential growth.
