We secured planning permission for 22 affordable homes in Arlesey. This includes new vehicle and pedestrian access, public open space and public works as a key component of the wider Arlesey Cross development.

The five-acre site was sold to Grand Union Housing Group, ensuring the delivery of affordable housing that aligns with local needs.

The project is a testament to our commitment to addressing the housing crisis by delivering essential affordable homes within larger residential schemes.
