The land was acquired unconditionally in February 2024 and is now progressing through the planning system, with an outline planning application submitted in December 2025 for up to 683 homes. The site has been sold on a conditional basis to Vistry and represents a substantial addition to Lincoln’s housing supply in a highly sustainable location.

Colecar has the freehold for a former stud in Newmarket, West Suffolk.  The site spans just over six acres and benefits from excellent connectivity to Newmarket and the broader transport network via the nearby A14.  A hybrid planning application for a mix of homes was submitted in May 2025.
