Despite the lack of planning permission at the time of purchase, we saw the opportunity and leapt at the chance to buy this site unconditionally, as soon as it became available.
We then successfully obtained consent for 150 homes, transforming a former industrial site into a residential community.
We later sold the site to Taylor Wimpey, marking another successful conversion of brownfield land into valuable housing stock. This project demonstrated how challenging sites can be repurposed into vibrant residential spaces.
