This project involved assembling land in the Bidwell region, where we submitted an application for the construction of 119 homes on a 10-acre site near the Dunstablians Rugby Football Club.
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the proposal received unanimous approval during Central Bedfordshire Council’s first-ever online meeting, demonstrating our ability to navigate evolving planning procedures.
We later sold the site to Settle Housing. The development provides a mixture of social and affordable rental and shared ownership properties, contributing to much-needed residential growth in the region, while maintaining high standards of living.
