We assembled this site by securing option agreements covering six freehold properties, paving the way for an ambitious development plan.
The project comprises 103 homes and a 64-bed care home, both of which received a resolution to grant planning permission in May 2024. We anticipate signing the Section 106 agreement with the local planning authority in Spring 2025.
This project demonstrates our ability to navigate complex land assemblies and deliver significant residential developments, much needed by the local community, and which are now being marketed for sale by Savills Cambridge.
