Irchester, Northamptonshire

We have entered into a promotion agreement on a site in Irchester, Northamptonshire, extending to 34 acres.

The team will be submitting reps to the local planning authority and submitting a planning application for a sustainable, residential scheme with supporting infrastructure at the earliest opportunity.
