Recognising the significant potential of this land, we strategically acquired this site without planning consent or housing allocation. We subsequently submitted a planning application aligned with the draft housing allocation and received a resolution to grant planning permission for 14 homes, including four affordable homes, the rest offered at market rate.
This project will deliver a diverse range of high-quality homes, addressing local housing needs and contributing to the village’s infrastructure. This development is another example of how we identify key opportunities and navigate the complex planning process to create sustainable and impactful housing solutions.
