Recognising the significant potential of this land, we strategically acquired this site without planning consent or housing allocation. We subsequently submitted a planning application aligned with the draft housing allocation and received a resolution to grant planning permission for 14 homes, including four affordable homes, the rest offered at market rate.

This project will deliver a diverse range of high-quality homes, addressing local housing needs and contributing to the village’s infrastructure.
